    What is this all about?

I have been thinking about how I can explain what I do. What better way than to invite people to see for them selves. Unofficial groups, like the NBV, Profit Club, Axis Community are my way of networking and establishing continuing business links with the people I meet through the organisations. Its intention is to connect and empower using the Internet, illustrating first hand how online social media networking functions. Other groups which include the Equity groups have been set up in direct r… Continue

About Amb:IT:ion - Social Networks created and maintained by PCM creative

Since early 2007, 15 arts organisations in the North West and the East of England have been part of AmbITion – an arts council funded project that sees them “developing digitally.” The project covers many different organisations, and a wide range of artforms. Lantern House, Litfest and Ludus Dance are all North West based organisations that are using digital technology in different ways to engage with their audience, and support their artistic vision.

This video gives a snapshot of three thriving arts organisations as they begin to “develop digitally.”
AmbITion is a change programme for the arts and cultural sector – helping organisations achieve their 21st century sustainability ambitions through implementing integrated IT and digital developments. This video exposes the process of planning and developing a website for the arts sector giving perspectives from both the arts organisation, web developer and development agency.
